Whatever feels difficult in your life right now – with the right support, a great deal can shift. You don't have to walk this path alone.
Cognitive behavioural therapy starts where thoughts, feelings and behaviour meet. I work with adults and adolescents from age 16 experiencing mental health conditions, distress, or crises, covering the full spectrum of mental health conditions. Sessions can take place in German or English.
LGBTQIA+ patients are, of course and explicitly, warmly welcome in my practice.
I am a psychologist and licensed psychological psychotherapist for cognitive behavioural therapy. My practice is part of a shared practice space, where I share the rooms with two colleagues.

In the psychotherapy consultation hour, we get to know each other and clarify what you need.
If it is a good fit, we start regular sessions with an individual treatment plan.
Treatment costs can be covered for privately insured patients as well as those with Beihilfe or Heilfürsorge – depending on the specific terms of your insurance. Regardless of insurance, treatment on a self-pay basis is available to everyone. For further details, see Costs & billing.
I currently have availability. Please reach out via the contact form and I will let you know the next available appointment.
This is individual and depends on your particular concern. For those with statutory health insurance, a distinction is made between short-term and long-term therapy, each with a defined number of sessions. Private health insurers and Beihilfe offices often handle approval individually according to your tariff, typically for a limited number of sessions that can be extended if needed. We clarify the exact framework together at the start of treatment and, where relevant, with your insurer.
